Ashley Labay

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) who is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful social connections. I was trained in the PEERS® curriculum and love making social learning fun, practical, and engaging while helping individuals grow in confidence and connection.

I enjoys supporting individuals and families as they build everyday social skills in ways that feel natural, encouraging, and individualized to each learner. I am passionate about creating positive learning experiences that help people feel successful while having fun along the way. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, listening to live music, exploring with my family, and making fun memories with my daughter!

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 12 years of experience supporting children and families. I specialize in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills using evidence-based behavior analytic practices.

My approach is individualized, practical, and focused on meaningful outcomes that extend beyond sessions into everyday life. I am committed to creating supportive environments where children can build confidence and connect with others. I am particularly passionate about designing inclusive, engaging opportunities, such as social groups, summer camps, and caregiver nights out, that ensure all children can participate and succeed.

Outside of work I love eating new foods, seeing new places, spending time with my family, and going on adventures with my son!
