we are so glad you’re here
At Hello Social, our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provides evidence-based social skills training for adolescents and teens with autism. We combine structured lessons, guided practice, and real-time feedback to help individuals build and apply essential social competencies.
The UCLA Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) offers manualized, evidence-based social skills programming for youth and adults who are struggling socially. PEERS® programs have been extensively researched and disseminated worldwide through translation, cross-cultural validation studies, and certified provider trainings.
PEERS for Adolescents
A structured social skills intervention for teens (typically 11–17) focused on building and maintaining friendships, managing conflict, and handling rejection, with simultaneous parent sessions to support skill use outside the group. Participants learn through instruction, role-play, and real-time social practice.
PEERS for Young Adults
An evidence-based program for adults (18–35) that targets friendships and romantic relationships, combining didactic lessons, role-play, and group practice with support from a “social coach.” It helps participants develop practical social and dating skills for independent adult life.
PEERS for Preschoolers
An evidence-based, parent-assisted program for children ages 4–6 that teaches foundational friendship skills like sharing, turn-taking, and cooperative play through structured lessons, role-play, and guided practice. It emphasizes active parent coaching so skills generalize to real-world interactions.
